How long does it take for you to ship out my items?

I usually make trips to the post office on weekends, and can take 1-2 weeks to process your orders (not including pre-order items). If your package includes a pre-order item, it won't be shipped out until that item arrives. (See each individual listing description for this)

My item still hasn't arrived. Can you check on it for me?

If you made a purchase that does not include tracking and insurance, there is nothing I can do at this point to check on it. It's possible the item will be returned to me after a period of time, in which I will contact you if it does.

If you have paid for a tracking number, please visit CanadaPost for progress updates! I don't have any more information beyond what is displayed on the tracking info.

The goods arrived damaged. Can they be replaced?

I can replace the item. If the item is no longer in stock, I will issue you a refund.

There was a mistake in my order! Something is missing/wrong item was sent.

I will send out a replacement package including the missing goods free of charge, as this was a mistake on my part. There is no need to send the package back to me, you're free to keep the wrong items that were sent! If the item is no longer in stock, you will receive a refund for the item, and still get to keep what was initially sent to you.

Can I combine orders that haven't been shipped yet, and save on shipping?

I can only combine orders for you if you are part of my Patreon pin club, as combining orders can be quite confusing to know what and when to ship them out.

I sent the wrong address information! Can you reship my item(s)?

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide to me is correct. I will not be re-shipping out the items for free as the error was not on my part. If the address does not exist, there is a chance the parcel will be resent to me. In this case, there is a shipping + $5.00 fee if you would like me to reship your parcel. If you would like to abandon your parcel, I will refund the item minus the shipping fee + $5.00 (e.g, the item you bought was $20, shipping was $5, you will be refunded $25 - $5 (shipping) - $5 = $15. If the parcel is lost and you would like to have your item reshipped, I am not responsible for any of the lost items and you will need to make another order.
