How long does it take for you to ship out my items?

I usually make trips to the post office on weekends, and can take 1-2 weeks to process your orders (not including pre-order items). If your package includes a pre-order item, it won't be shipped out until that item arrives. (See each individual listing description for this)

My item still hasn't arrived. Can you check on it for me?

If you made a purchase that does not include tracking and insurance, there is nothing I can do at this point to check on it. It's possible the item will be returned to me after a period of time, in which I will contact you if it does.

If you have paid for a tracking number, please visit CanadaPost for progress updates! I don't have any more information beyond what is displayed on the tracking info.

The goods arrived damaged. Can they be replaced?

If you did not purchase tracking and insurance, I can replace the item if you pay the shipping fee. If the item is no longer in stock, I will issue you a refund minus the shipping costs.

If you have purchased tracking and insurance, I will either replace your order or issue a full refund.

There was a mistake in my order! Something is missing/wrong item was sent.

I will send out a replacement package including the missing goods free of charge, as this was a mistake on my part. There is no need to send the package back to me, you're free to keep the wrong items that were sent! If the item is no longer in stock, you will receive a refund for the item, and still get to keep what was initially sent to you.

Can I combine orders that haven't been shipped yet, and save on shipping?

You definitely can! You can either send me a message for a free shipping code, or place the order with a note containing your previous order number. I will then refund you the shipping cost of the new order. Please see here for more information about combining orders.

I sent the wrong address information! Can you reship my item(s)?

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide to me is correct. I will not be re-shipping out the items for free as the error was not on my part. If the address does not exist, it's possible the item may be sent back to me. If this is the case, I can resend your parcel out with an additional shipping fee.
